Refund and Return Policy
Refunds will not be issued for reports, publications issued in a series, online services, digital transmissions, or CD-ROMs. An exception may be made for duplicate orders.
For all other products, the following apply:
- Items must be returned in new condition, at the purchaser's expense, within 30 days of receipt.
- Refund requests must be in writing and mailed to Florida Legistore at Room 612, 111 W. Madison Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399-1400 or faxed to 850-488-4188.
- Credits cannot be issued. All refunds will be issued by check (state warrant). A restocking fee of 10 percent of the price of returned item(s) plus postage or shipping charges will be deducted prior to refund. The customer's Federal ID number or Social Security is required.
For Replacement of Damaged or Defective Products

To Void or Cancel an Order
Contact the Legistore by email at legistore@leg.state.fl.us or by fax at 850-488-4188 before 3:00 p.m. on the next business day following your transaction. Please reference the Legistore transaction number supplied when you made your order.
